"Customer service keeps dodging the issue."
I paid for shipping insurance, but honestly, I’m not sure what it’s for if they don’t do anything when my order goes missing. You’d think they’d use that extra cash for UPS or something, but nope. It says USPS delivered it, but it definitely wasn’t in my cluster box. I’ve reached out twice now, and all they’ve done is ask if my address is right (which it is) and told me to check with my postal carrier (which I’ve already done). No resolution has been provided at all. I was super excited to get these leggings my friend has been raving about, but after this experience, I’m done ordering from here. It’s just not worth the trouble; other companies manage to get packages to me without a hitch and respond quickly if I have questions. It feels like they’re just trying to brush me off. Why even charge for shipping insurance if it doesn’t help my items arrive?

"Customer service keep pushing it off."
I paid for shipping insurance although I don’t even know what for if they don’t do anything when you don’t receive your order. You’d think they’d use the extra money for ups or something but no. So it shows that usps delivered it but it certainly wasn’t in my cluster box. I reached out and two times now all they have done is ask me if my address was correct (which it is) and tell me to check with my postal carrier (which I have.) No type of resolution has been offered whatsoever. I was really excited to get these leggings my friend has been raving about but honestly after this it will be the last order I ever place here. It’s not worth the hassle, other companies have no problem getting a package to me or friendly helpful fast responses if I have any questions. I feel like they’re trying to brush me off. Why charge shipping insurance if it isn’t helping my items actually get here?

"Katelynd is Awesome"
I'm a big fan of CNC, and their support team is just fantastic. Katelynd has always treated me with respect, no matter how silly my questions might seem (and trust me, I’ve had a few). I get quick replies and updates every time. Usually, I’m used to dealing with terrible customer service, but that’s never been the case with CNC.

"Katelynd is Amazing"
I love CNC and their customer service has been amazing. Katelynd has never once made me feel stupid for my questions (even when I think they are -especially after sending them). I receive responses/updates quickly. I’m usually on the end of receiving horrible customer service -But never when reaching out to CNC.

"Fast and Reliable Service"
Whenever I've got a query or run into a problem with a faulty product, they get back to me on the same day and either resolve my issue or ship out a replacement immediately. I can't recall any other business that matches their speed and efficiency. They truly look out for their customers.

I tend to move around a lot, and I often forget to change my address. When my monthly subscription started, I noticed it was being sent to an old place. I contacted customer service in a bit of a frenzy, and Katelynd took care of my problem quickly and professionally.

"Quick and efficient"
Anytime I’ve had a question or even an issue with a manufacturer defect, they answer the same day and will answer my question or send out a new pair right away. I can’t think of any other company that is quick and efficient as they are. They genuinely care about their customers.

I move around quite a bit, and I always forget to update my address. When my monthly curvescription kicked in, I realized that it was going to an old address. I reached out in a panic, and Katelynd handled my issue professionally and promptly.

Curves n combatboots really knows how to treat their customers right! Whenever I accidentally put in the wrong address—my bad, oops!—I contacted them, and they quickly took care of my issues and helped me sort it out! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

"Leggings Issue Resolved"
I got a pair of leggings and spotted a run in them right after I slipped them on. I wasn’t certain if I caused it or if they were sent that way. I thought about just putting up with it since I figured, ‘there’s no way they’d help me out.’ Turns out I was mistaken! I shot an email to customer service to explain the situation, and they quickly responded, apologizing for the leggings and sending me a replacement pair. The whole process was super simple, and they were really friendly about it.😊
